I work in a creative field so it's rare that I need to wear a suit to work or an interview. In truth, I never have. So if I'm dressing up, I like to do my version of "creative-biz-casual" where I half dress business casual and then add something "funky" to look like a "creative-type". This dress would be a good start. Add funky heels and a brightly colored belt or cardigan, and it's definitely "creative biz casual"! (via Jones New York)

I got the dream job and I am going to work, then off to celebrate with no time in between. I'll pack my pack and make it work. (via www.jonesnewyork.com)

A simple dress that would be great at work with a little cardigan. The pleated skirt makes it a tad more fun and a little less business-y. (via jny.com)
