Whenever I need to do some sculpting I choose Roma plasticine clay. Plasticine doesn't dry out and you can come back to it and work on it over a period of time. No need to cover it with damp cloth when you leave it for a period of time. It comes in various levels hardness. This is a good clay for both beginners and advanced sculptors. (via dick blick)
